Today was our first time here! We brought in our 17 month old twin boys for haircuts and Marlena was super great!

I always have a great experience at this location, and received great service and a great haircut today from stylist Marlena. She is very personable and offered input on cutting my hair that I normally don't receive. She is a great Brand Ambassador for your company. I normally do not do reviews but after the excellent service I received today I felt it was important to let you know you have such a wonderful employee at this location.

I love the way the ladies cut my kids hair and I will always come here but why are the wait times so horrible? Why can’t you hire more stylists? Wait time is almost always an hour and a half for walk ins and on the weekends, if you don’t check in at open, you have 3-4 hour waits. Ridiculous!
